Senior Refrigeration Technician
- Diagnose and repair complex commercial refrigeration systems
- Work on walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, and ice machines
- Lead difficult troubleshooting and support other technicians
Mid-Level Refrigeration Technician
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
- Perform maintenance on walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines
- Work independently and deliver high-quality service
Senior HVAC Service Technician
- Diagnose and repair complex commercial HVAC systems
- Work on RTUs, split systems, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and mentor other technicians
Mid-Level HVAC Technician
- Service and repair commercial and light residential HVAC systems
- Work on rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps
- Identify issues early and keep systems running efficiently
Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and daily office operations
- Communicate with customers and support field technicians
- Manage invoices, records, and service communications
